赵梦溪，男，回族，中国共产党党员，1986年12月出生，河南省驻马店人。西南石油大学化工方向博士毕业，师从邹长军教授，获工学博士学位。现任黄淮学院化学与制药工程学院教师。

主要从事烟气脱硫方面的研究工作，共发表SCI论文3篇。
